SET-UP

The Exhibit Hall opens at 1 PM on Thursday October 17 for set-up. Your exhibit hall badge & map await you at your booth. The Exhibits Monitor is available at the Exhibit Hall door to answer questions. Booth extras will be based on your level of registration and/or sponsorship. 

 INTERNENT IN EXHIBIT HALL is FREE this year

You must order Booth electricity  & Shipping services directly from the hotel  

BENEFITS TO ALL LEVELS

• Vendors-only reception on Thursday evening (prior to the opening of the Exhibit Hall will  facilitate your interaction with attendees).
• Two scheduled Exhibit Hall sessions on Friday allow scheduled time to visit booths while content presentations are paused
• Inclusion in the Program App
• Conference attendees receive TSTA PASSPORTS.  They visit booths, get passports stamped by you & when completed turn the form in at the TSTA booth to be eligible for prizes at the exhibit hall close.  This is A VERY POPULAR part of our Friday Exhibit Hall events.

GRAND OPENING OF

EXHIBIT HALL

To celebrate the conference opening, TSTA schedules a beverage & snack heavy meet & greet on Thursday evening.

Sneak Peak for attendees from 1-4 PM.  Official Grand Opening begins at 5:30 for vendors & opens from 6-8 PM for attendees to allow informal interface with participants, encourages networking, and builds rapport.
