Your exhibit hall badge, map & packet are at your booth.  An Exhibits Monitor at the Exhibit Hall door will answer questions. Booth 'extras' are based on level of registration and/or sponsorship.

Exhibit Hall Hours - Friday: 8 am - 4 pm (box lunch available)    NOTE: Exhibit hall remains open Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.  NO LUNCH BREAK but box lunches are available and will be delivered to those exhibitors who purchase them. 

Exhibits Tear Down - Friday, Oct. 18 at 4 PM  (note from  attendee evaluation - disappointed some exhibitors left early on Friday because they had planned to visit exhibitors later in the afternoon! ) Please do not break down until 4 PM

BOOTHS -   For each basic 9" x 9'' (approximately) exhibitor booth ($500) there is a 8' dressed table, chair, wastebasket and a 7" x 44" identification sign (additional tables are $100).  Larger booths (silver = $800,  gold exhibitor $1000) have more tables and benefits. Payment in full is due 9/1/2024.

EXTRA BOOTH SERVICES :   Booth electricity is NOT included in booth fees.  If you need electricity at your booth you must order through the Conference Hotel.  Shipping services are also available via the hotel.  Contact the hotel directly OR an exhibits chair person; Chatoriakent@gmail.com for a copy of this form.
