$165 EARLY WORM (Through September 15th) Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday and Saturday, and Friday's General Session luncheon.
$175 EARLY BIRD (September 16th- October 27th) Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday and Saturday, and Friday's General Session luncheon.
$150 PRESENTER REGISTRATION Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday and Saturday, and Friday's General Session luncheon.
Maximum of two presenters on your application may register at this rate. Please list both on the Application under Presenter and Co-Presenter. Once your session is approved by TSTA, you may register at this rate. SESSION ASSISTANTS must choose another option.
$150 ONLINE ACCESS- Registration includes access to videos of high demand Friday sessions through Sched. Registrants will have access to these videos until November 4th, 2024. This option also provides in-person access to Saturday Edcamp sessions.
$75 PRE-SERVICE TEACHER (read below)- LUNCHEON INCLUDED Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday evening reception. sessions on Friday and Saturday and the Awards Luncheon on Friday. DEADLINE October 27.
$50 PRE-SERVICE TEACHER-NO LUNCHEON
Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday evening reception. sessions on Friday and Saturday. LUNCHEON IS NOT INCLUDED.
$195 DAY OF - ONSITE REGISTRATION - This choice opens November 2nd. Come the day of the conference and register on site. Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday and Saturday, and if space allows, Friday's General Session luncheon.
$30 SPECIAL TNSELA MEETING REGISTRATION ONLY This selection is for participants attending just the annual TNSELA meeting. It does not include any sessions or events in the conference or membership to TSTA. A special ticket will be given at check-in. You are welcome to register for both the TSTA conference and TNSELA.
We recommend registering early. This allows you to save $30 and guarantees you a space in the Awards luncheon on Friday plus TSTA benefits and early notice of any scheduled sessions or opportunities offered at the conference.
ARE YOU CURRENTLY IN A PRE-SERVICE TEACHING PROGRAM?
Anyone currently enrolled in a pre-service education program for teacher licensure may choose this option. If you are working as a classroom teacher and have your teaching license, you are not eligible. Please register at the $165 rate. Register and pay by October 27 for the option with lunch on Friday.
DO YOU WANT TO REGISTER MULTIPLE TEACHERS?
In order to keep records as precise as possible, each teacher will need to complete their own registration. Each registration will generate an invoice number. We will gladly accept checks issued from a school, county or organization covering payment for multiple invoices. Invoice numbers should be documented on the memo portion of the check. TSTA does not accept Purchase orders as payment. All invoice are due by no later than October 27, 2023.
* What is an Edcamp? TSTA will host an Edcamp on Saturday, November 5 at our Fall Conference. Edcamps are organic participant-driven professional learning experiences where conversations are fostered in a safe space of learning. Participants collaboratively determine session topics such as virtual instruction, problem-based learning, & facilitating lab experiences - the possibilities are up to your imagination. Edcamp is a highly engaging Think Tank, not planned presentations. Each session will have a facilitator but participants will be encouraged to facilitate sessions by sharing experiences. Everyone registered for the TSTA conference will receive an email before the conference that includes a link for a short survey to allow suggestions for topics & concepts to include in our Edcamp.
