THURSDAY WORKSHOPS POLICY Please be aware that any programs during the day on Thursday (9 am to 5 pm) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE OF $130. To attend any Thursday sessions, choose your sessions and the fee will be added (if applicable) during the process of registration. Once you register, your space will be reserved in the sessions you have paid for. Full payment is required by November 10. Workshop fees are non-refundable. Presenters must prepare and purchase materials in advance so attendance is very important.
HOW TO REGISTER
Click the REGISTER button and proceed through all fields. Each person must fill out a form and have a unique email address to register. Once the NEXT button is reached, choose your method of payment or see the special instructions below. Deadline for complete payment is November 10. After this date the registration is $150 at the conference.
Are you a Pre-Service Teacher?
We offer a discounted rate if you are currently enrolled in a university program to become a teacher and are in the final year of teacher licensure.
If you are working in a school you must register as a teacher ($130 rate).
Paying with a credit or debit card?
Complete the online registration. Click the "Pay online" button. This will take you to PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, just check out as a guest. Receipts will be emailed to you.
Paying by check?
Complete the online registration and click on the "invoice me button." Print the invoice that will be e-mailed to you. Make your check payable to TSTA Conference. Payment in full is needed by November 10. Mail the printed invoice with your check to the Treasurer at the following address:

Will your district be paying for you?
- Each individual completes the online registration and clicks on the "invoice me" button.
- Print the invoice that will be emailed.
- Submit the invoice(s) to your district for payment prior to the conference.
To districts sending teachers or groups of teachers:
- Each teacher must register individually with a unique email address so that we may convert each participant to a Member after the conference. Please DO NOT use the same email address for a group. We cannot convert a group to membership.
- Gather all invoices from individual registrants.
- Include with your payment each registrant name along with their invoice number.
- Send your payment to TSTA Conference at the address above.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FORWARD ALL COMMUNICATIONS TO REGISTERED TEACHERS TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF POLICIES, SCHEDULES, AND ANY CHANGES.
