SCHEDULE   Exhibit set-up begins at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021    .The opening of the Exhibits Hall - begins with a reception on that Thursday evening from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. Exhibitors are invited to partake at 5:30, prior to Hall opening to attendees.     The exhibit hall closes at 6 p.m. on Friday.  

BOOTHS  For each basic 10' x 10'' exhibitor booth ($400) there is a 8' dressed table, chair, wastebasket and a 7" x 44" identification sign (additional table for this size is $75).  Larger booths (silver = $700,  gold exhibitor $1000) have more tables and benefits. Payment in full is due 9/2/2021.. 

EXTRA BOOTH SERVICES  You will be contacted by Embassy Suites to order electricity. It is not included in the price of the booth.  Contact Embassy Suites for wireless internet.
