REGISTRATION CHOICES (registration closes October 4)

$175 EARLY WORM (Through August 31)  Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday AM & PM 1/2 day workshops, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday and Saturday, Friday's boxed lunch, and Saturday morning workshops.

$185 EARLY BIRD (September 1 - October 4)  Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday AM & PM 1/2 day workshops, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday and Saturday, Friday's boxed lunch, and Saturday morning workshops.

$150 PRESENTER REGISTRATION  Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday AM & PM 1/2 day workshops, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday, Friday's boxed lunch, and Saturday morning workshops. 
Maximum of two presenters on your application may register at this rate. Please list both on the Application under Presenter and Co-Presenter.  Once your session is approved by TSTA, you may register at this rate.  SESSION ASSISTANTS must choose another option. 

$90 Saturday Standards Workshops - This option provides in-person access to high-quality Saturday Standards Workshop sessions ONLY.   

$85 PRE-SERVICE TEACHER (read below)- LUNCHEON INCLUDED - Includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday AM & PM 1/2 day workshops, Thursday evening reception, sessions on Friday, boxed lunch on Friday, & Saturday morning workshops. DEADLINE October 4.

$60 PRE-SERVICE TEACHER-NO Friday LUNCHEON 
Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday am & pm workshops, evening reception, sessions on Friday and Saturday morning workshops.  LUNCHEON NOT INCLUDED.

$205 DAY OF - ONSITE REGISTRATION -  This choice opens October 17.  Arrive the opening day of the conference and register on site. Price includes 1 year TSTA membership, Thursday AM & PM 1/2 day sessions, Thurs. evening reception, sessions on Friday, Saturday morning workshops, and if quantity allows, Friday's boxed lunch.

$40 SPECIAL TNSELA MEETING REGISTRATION ONLY This selection is for participants attending just the annual TNSELA meeting on October 17. It does not include any sessions or events in the conference Oct. 18-19 or membership to TSTA. A special ticket will be given at check-in. You are welcome to register for BOTH the TSTA conference and TNSELA. Note: If you want to attend the conference AND TNSELA choose the conference option first and then you will be given an option later to select TNSELA.

We recommend registering early. This allows you to save $30 and guarantees you a space in the luncheon on Friday plus TSTA benefits and early notice of any scheduled sessions or opportunities offered at the conference.

Refund policy:

9/15: 9/30: 80% of payment will be refunded

10/1: 10/9: 50% of payment will be refunded

10/10: 10/16: 30% of payment will be refunded

10/17: 10% of payment will be refunded

10/20: no refund will be made

** Note: If a teacher cancels and their payment was made by their school

system, it is the school system who will receive the refund after they

invoice the TSTA directly (not the teacher).

ARE YOU CURRENTLY IN A PRE-SERVICE TEACHING PROGRAM?  
Anyone currently enrolled in a pre-service education program for teacher licensure may choose this option.  If you are working as a classroom teacher and have your teaching license, you are not eligible. Please register at the $165 rate. Register and pay by  October 4 for the option with lunch on Friday.

WANT TO REGISTER MULTIPLE TEACHERS?

To keep records precise, each teacher will complete their own registration. Each registration will generate an invoice number. We will gladly accept checks issued from a school, county or organization covering payment for multiple invoices.  Invoice numbers should be documented on the memo portion of the check. TSTA does not accept Purchase orders as payment. All invoice are due by no later than October 4.
