ORGANIZATIONS RESERVING A BOOTH AFTER OCTOBER 28 WILL BE LISTED IN AN ADDENDUM TO THE PROGRAM GUIDE DUE TO PRINTING DEADLINES
The Tennessee Science Teacher’s Conference Committee invites you to become an exhibitor for the 2014 TSTA Conference. Approximately 500 K-college educators, administrators, political leaders, and business leaders attend the conference each year.
SCHEDULE The opening of the Exhibits will begin with a reception on Thursday evening November 6, 2014 from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. The exhibit hall closes at 5 p.m. on Friday. Exhibit set-up begins at 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 6. Pre-conference sessions will also be held on Thursday, November 6.
BOOTHS For each decorated 10' x 10' space you will receive one 8' dressed table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" identification sign. The fee also includes lunch on Friday for two. The price for a single booth is $375, for a double it is $650, and $85 for each additional table.
EXTRA BOOTH SERVICES You will be contacted by Embassy Suites to order electricity. It is not included in the price of the booth. Contact Embassy Suites for wireless internet.
ADVERTISE IN THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM Organizations may also purchase ad space in the conference program guide. Quarter, half and full-page options are available. Ad content must be submitted by no later than October 1.
SPONSORSHIP Please consider becoming a sponsor for a segment of the conference. You may also choose to donate door prizes to be used for drawings and teacher awards. We also encourage each exhibitor to provide a workshop for the conference.
